Bengaluru Trip

It was a sudden plan. Gautam wanted me to come to bangalore for the weekend. Though i went there for 2 days and a night, it was a memorable trip. We went around the city, shopping, eating...on republic day 26th jan, we went to this LALBAGH, botanical gardens. the place was over crowded. We went to a stall saying "hand Writing Analysis". I think we spent more time there sitting with the expert, than anywhere in the place. I ended up buying a few plantswhich, i got them to hyderabad.

I just watered the plants and it reminded me to update my blog. And, as usual few pics of the places i visited..

The Village

It was an amazing trip to my village for sankranti. "Times, they r a changing". Every time i go, the village has a different shade. The colors, the ambience's welcomes.When i am holding my camera, it looks like an amazement for me. I spent 4 days going around the villages to meet my relatives and friends and of course for sight-seeing.

Apart from my family friends, i met my school friend "Ajith" with whom i went for a walk around the places we used to hangout during school.I think the pictures speak more than what i write...

Happy Sankranti (Pongal)

Finally i made it. I ve been longing to scan this picture of me n my sis when i was i think 1yr old. My mom gave this to me a while back, when i went home. She said "dont loose this, this is the only copy i have". I think when i go home i will show her the same image on my laptop, She ll be happy.

And i am going home tonight for Sankranti. I ll be back on Monday 19th. I m sure i ll cme back with lots of pics of the festival and my trip. Happy Sankranti to one and all:)

Belated birthday party

We had a great party at Cocos saturday night,my office frens along with our boss. This was supposed to be the birthday treat on Sep25'08. Finally Me n Reena together arranged for this party.It was fun!!! We had a great time after getting drunk..;)

Architect Sanjay Mohe

Todays Presentation at CINARCH by arcitect Sanjay Mohe from Bangalore was truly inspiring. This is the invitation we made to call ur frens for the talk by Mohe Sir.

I always liked his work where in he manipulates spaces filled with light. He is a very down to earth person. I should say that he is quiet a shy person. He talks less, his buildings speak.

He sat next to me after his talk, while watching the documentary of Renzo Piano. That was a great moment sitting next to him. We also had a group photograph wit him:)

It was great!!!

Shilparamam

The other day we went to the crafts village "Shilparamam" to check out the last day bargains if we could get any.The visit was fruitful as i bought some good stuff...
